Our platform helps professionals organize, review, extract, and manage information contained within real estate transaction documents and communications.

Using artificial intelligence, optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning, and automation technologies, CloseCrow transforms unstructured documents into organized, searchable information designed to reduce manual data entry, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate transaction workflows.

CloseCrow may analyze documents including, but not limited to, purchase contracts, counteroffers, addenda, amendments, escrow instructions, HOA documents, title reports, settlement statements, commission agreements, disclosures, lender documents, correspondence, and related transaction records.

The platform may identify and organize information such as buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, property addresses, legal descriptions, APNs, vesting information, purchase prices, earnest money deposits, financing terms, commissions, closing dates, contingencies, HOA information, property taxes, deadlines, and other transaction-related data.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

CloseCrow incorporates artificial intelligence to assist with document analysis, data extraction, document classification, workflow automation, summaries, and communication assistance.

Artificial intelligence is designed to improve efficiency—not replace professional judgment.

Because AI-generated outputs are probabilistic, they may contain inaccuracies, omissions, formatting errors, or incorrect interpretations. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all information before relying upon it or distributing it to third parties.

Users represent and warrant that they have the legal authority and necessary permissions to upload, process, and store any documents submitted through the platform.

CloseCrow is designed with security, privacy, and confidentiality in mind. Customer data is protected through industry-standard security practices, including encrypted transmission, encrypted storage where applicable, authenticated access controls, and continuous platform monitoring.

Platform Availability

CloseCrow is continuously evolving. Features, functionality, integrations, supported document types, artificial intelligence models, and workflow capabilities may be added, modified, improved, or discontinued from time to time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All software, source code, algorithms, workflows, automation systems, user interfaces, branding, logos, visual designs, databases, proprietary extraction methodologies, documentation, and related intellectual property comprising the CloseCrow platform are owned by or licensed to CloseCrow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or written agreement, no portion of the CloseCrow platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, distributed, or used to create derivative works.

Limitation of Reliance

CloseCrow is intended to improve productivity and streamline administrative workflows.

The platform should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for any real estate transaction. Users should always verify information against original source documents and applicable professional requirements before making legal, financial, escrow, title, underwriting, or business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloseCrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, transaction delays, or third-party claims arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the platform or any AI-generated output.
